By following a regimented process, like an airline pilot's preflight checklist, individuals can free up mental capacity to focus on more important problems to solve.

1. Task Management – Invest in a task management tool. Keep track of deliverables and set automatic reminders for your due dates. When our robot friends help us track our tasks – we free up our mind to focus on other things.
2. Daily Reflection – Each day, take 5-10 minutes of your day to review your day. What did you learn? What were your wins? Your losses? What should the priority be for tomorrow? Oh – you should write this down every day!
3. No Agenda, No Attenda – This one is hard, but our friends at Fellow.app have a saying: No agenda, no attenda. Do your best to establish agendas for each meeting you attend. We know it’s hard, but reducing the drag of poorly planned meetings will help you on your journey to Unleashing Potential!
